At BMF Global Mart, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned for safety or hygiene reasons:

Digital products or downloadable content.
3. How to Request a Return

Our team will provide instructions for shipping the item back.
4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective product).
5. Exchanges

If you need an exchange for the same item (different size, color, etc.), please indicate this in your return request.
